This Privacy Policy explains how EasilyInvite.com (“the Site”), owned and operated by QNE LLC (“the Company,” “we,” “us”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit or use the Site worldwide where lawful. This Policy covers the website only (no apps or offline services).

  • Account & Profile Data (organizers): name, email, password (hashed), phone, organization, role, settings, and any profile details you add.
  • RSVP Data (attendees): name, email, phone, RSVP selections, number of guests, and responses to organizer questions (if provided).
  • Event Content: titles, descriptions, dates, locations/URLs, images (including URLs you provide), and other event details you submit.
  • Usage & Device Data: IP address, browser type, OS, referring/exit pages, timestamps, page views, link clicks, error logs, and similar diagnostic data.
  • Cookies & Tokens: session cookies, CSRF tokens, authentication tokens, preference cookies, analytics cookies, and similar technologies (see Section 3).
  • hCaptcha Data: when hCaptcha is presented, it may collect device and interaction data to prevent abuse (see Section 8).
  • Support & Communications: messages you send us (email or forms), including attachments and metadata.

Note: Admins and authorized staff can view user and event information as needed to operate the Site, fulfill requests, and enforce policies.

We use hCaptcha to prevent spam and abuse. hCaptcha may collect device and interaction data. Use is subject to the hCaptcha Terms and hCaptcha Privacy Policy.

We do not process event payments. Organizers use third-party providers (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, Zeffy). Payment details you provide go directly to those providers and are handled under their privacy policies. We may receive limited metadata (e.g., a status or reference) necessary for RSVP status, but we do not store full payment card details.

  • Contract: to provide the Site and features you request.
  • Legitimate Interests: to secure, operate, improve, and prevent abuse of the Site.
  • Legal Obligation: to comply with applicable laws.
  • Consent: where required (e.g., certain cookies or communications); you can withdraw consent at any time.

  • Service Providers: trusted vendors helping us host, secure, communicate, support, and analyze the Site (e.g., infrastructure, email, hCaptcha). They access data only to perform services for us and under contract.
  • Legal & Safety: to comply with law, enforce our Terms, or protect our rights, users, or the public.

  • hCaptcha: to prevent spam and abuse, we use hCaptcha on certain forms. hCaptcha may collect device, network, and interaction data to distinguish humans from bots. Use of hCaptcha is subject to the hCaptcha Terms and hCaptcha Privacy Policy.

We may process and store information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international transfers, and we take steps to protect your information consistent with this Policy.

  • Access, Update, Delete: you may request access to or deletion of your personal information, or correct inaccuracies. We’ll comply as required by law.
